The Model RD1 is a rotational moulded medium density UV stabilised polyethylene pillar designed to house fusing for underground power distribution networks. Principally customers would be network contractors, developers or electrical contractors.

  • Perpendicular rear face allows pillar to be flushed up to wall/fence.
  • Fuse mounting height maximised above ground burial level.
  • Neutral bar mounted above possible flood level.
  • Flood draining gullies moulded into pillar base.
  • Unique lid securing system eliminates misalignment of lid & base.
  • Maximised cable termination area at rear of mounting panel.
